Items can be returned by mail within 14 days of when you receive them. They have to be unused and in unopened packaging for a complete refund. Please provide a delivery slip or your name and address. We will credit the amount to your customer account for your next order. Alternatively we also can refund the amount by bank payment or Paypal.
